PASOTE ANEJO TEQUILA

750 ML. 100% de agave. 40% alc/vol.  NOM 1584

 All the Agave is grown on the Camarena Estate in the Highlands ofJalisco,

just outside the town of Jesus Maria. It is harvested by

Jimadores that have worked for the Camarena family for over 20

years.After harvest the Agave is taken to El Pandillo Distillery owned and

operated by Felipe Camarena, the Master Distiller.

    This is by far my favorite anejo. Anything from NOM 1579 is excellent and this is no exception. While I'm just starting out my tequila journey, I have tasted quite a bit. I do prefer the low heat (smooth), and this is by far superior in those regards. Very easy to drink, agave really comes through with citrus notes, baking spices, and caramel. This is a joy to drink and I've already purchased several bottles. I'll be trying their blanco and repo next, can't wait. You won't be sorry with this purchase.

    Excellent traditional Anejo

    I have recently focused on tequilas produced utilizing traditional methods. This is one of the best Anejos I have tasted, and at a good price point.
