A perfect blend of two amazing agaves, fermented and cooked underground together.  Providing a traditional mezcal, balanced with the consistency of Espádin as the backbone of this flavor profile.  The unique flavors of Tobalá provides a fresh, citrus zest, light & sweet flavor that allows for the earthy, grassy notes to shine through.  Anillos shows that mezcal does not have to be smokey.  Anillos mezcal is a perfect "Shot" alternative to the traditional blanco or reposado blue agave tequila shots, providing an elevated experience.  Chase with orange slice dipped in cinnamon/sugar.
