SELECCIÓN DE 1549 BLANCO ORGÁNICO
This valley-agave selection (elev. 4,200’) comes from El Arenal, where Ramón Sandoval carefully distills this delicious un-aged tequila from certified-organic agave. The valley growing conditions lend this spirit a distinctive herbaceous flavor with warm aromatics, and a fresh, vegetal bouquet with intriguing notes of cacao and subtle spice.

Excellent silver
I usually prefer anejo or reposado over silvers. In this case, I move Artenom Blanco to front and center. Much better than Patron Silver in balance and smoothness.

Another ArteNOM classic.
ArteNOM is a series of tequila releases from the minds of Jake Lustig and some of the great tequila distillers in the business today. This particular release is from NOM 1579 and the El Pandillo distillery in Jesus Maria,Jalisco MX of Felipe Camarena. Brilliantly clear in the glass, this tequila is moderately viscous, leaving nice legs down the side. Aromas of roasted agave and citrus on the nose. Initially soft in the mouth due to the oxygenation of this blanco (a fairly unique process in the tequila business) which is done within 24 hours of bottling. It opens up after a few seconds though and reveals much more flavor than was anticipated from the initial aromas. Agave, pepper spice and some creamy custard appear and then fade in a nice medium length finish. If you have tried previous ArteNOM releases this is a worthy addition to the lineup, if you haven't tried any this blanco would be a great place to start. Highly recommended.
