    Sweet But Smooth

Posted by Kyle Brown on Sep 1st 2019

If you like your liquor to be on the sweet side this is the perfect tequila for you! You immediately notice aromas of oak and spice, combined with the light scent of agave. You will taste Gran Cava, and find sweetness with oak and cinnamon. Very smooth and an excellent extra aƱejo, but too sweet for me.

    My favorite extra anejo

This is our (my wife and I) favorite tequila for sipping. On the sweeter side, not harsh, very good flavor.

It is a little expensive. But if you're worth it, it is a great gift to yourself. Very smooth, great taste, all around excellent tequila.

The first tequila I really loved

Posted by Corey on Jul 12th 2019

That said, I haven't bought a bottle for a while. It's a great tequila when you're just starting to sip tequila, but in my opinion there are better sippers. It's definitely a good one to try, if you're new to the wonderful range of tequilas. If you are already familiar with how amazing tequilas can be, I would recommend getting a bottle of the Cava De Ora anejo if you want to try this brand, then putting the difference toward an extra anejo from Chula Parranda, or Jose Cuervo Reserva De La Familia's line (not their gold or silver swill) if you want a quality easy-sipping extra anejo.

Smoothest and best tasting Tequila EVER

Posted by Alex Lindemeier on Jun 23rd 2019

I love this tequila! I share it with all my friends and have yet to find someone that is not extremely impressed with it. Very very smooth and tasty. The only tequila that comes close is the Tierra Sagrada Extra Anejo which is aged 7 years. Tierra Sagrada is almost as smooth and tasty, but not quite as good as the Cava de Oro in my opinion.
