Cava De Oro Extra Anejo Tequila 750ML

I feel like I need to write 2 different reviews here. As a after dinner desert tequila it is very good.........4 stars. As a true natural XA tequila, not so much.........2 stars. This tequila is extremely artificially sweet as CDA adds agave syrup in their process. Not that there's anything wrong with that. In fact that's why most people like CDA especially women and first timers hence all the 4 and 5 star reviews. This is a wonderful sipper after a nice meal with a good cigar. I would say one of the best out there in this regard. I will continue to have a bottle in my tequila bar at home for guest. I myself took my first and last taste when I first got this bottle because it's just too sweet which you can't get from barrel aging. You can only achieve this sweetness by supplemental additive. But that's just me...........Enjoy!

I don't love tequila...actually, I don't really even like tequila. I always want to though and try new ones all the time. We originally bought a very small bottle of Cava de Oro while visiting Cabo because, when in Rome. Opened it when we got home and it was amazing. So amazing that I had to have more. So happy I was able to find it here!
