Cava de Oro Tequila Extra Añejo has a dark amber color and a mixture of aromas of cinnamon, caramel, vanilla and nutmeg. Its smooth entry quickly expands revealing a delicious range of toasted flavors, cinnamon, and maple syrup, all of which linger on the palate for a pleasant long time. Visible the richness of the past. Extra Subtle and elegant Añejo, with 5 years of maturation in French white oak barrels.From a dark amber color and a mezcal of sweet aromas, with an excellent toasted flavor and vanilla notes. Take it alone but accompanied by the riches of the present.

Best so far!
I originally tried this while visiting Guadalajara. I am not a habitual tequila drinker but I truly enjoyed this, so much that I just had to find it in the US. I wouldn't say it's sweet-tasting but it does have a bit of a chocolate/coffee-ish taste to it.

My very favorite
Best tequila ever. Found it in MEXICO, better priced here. Friends of ours tried it independently of us and also thought it was the best. Sipping tequila at its finest!

Best sipping tequila I've found
I've spent a lot of money on other extra añejo tequila before....over priced and unjustified... this in is a class of its own. Just wish they'd sell it in Indiana so that I didn't have to order it online!
