Description
If the barrels could talk, they would tell us the charm they carry inside their oak walls and the secret that leads them to stand for two years the amber colored tequila, Tequila Centinela Añejo.
This old tequila has to be taken straight to savor in the palate the essence of the wood that saw him grew up. If you want to combine it, it can be used for making cocktails. Mexican food goes good with it and it’s also good as a third course drink, in combination with the coffee. This old tequila joins the ranks of the premium along with white and reposado. All three are part of a proud family with more than 100 years of tradition, the Great Centinela Family.
This one just tested today 5/18/2012 and its very smooth and testy . (Zack)

Butterscotch
Not overly complex but very interesting. Certainly worth the price. Aroma Vanilla, Honey with a touch of Sweet Cream Butter. Flavors Honey and butterscotch all the way through, very smooth not sweet at all. It pairs well with a Dominican wrapper cigar.
