In the spirit of The Original Forgotten Casks, this rum is an extra-aged version of Chairman's Reserve Original Rum. The Chairman's Reserve Forgotten Casks has a wonderful nose of candied pineapple, caramel and tobacco, complemented by a rich pot still character. The rum has a balanced palate of ripe raisins, dark chocolate, and a hint of toffee. A remarkable sipping rum experience to be treasured.
