Chawar Reposado Andean Agave Spirit 750ml comes from an ancient tradition in Ecuador where indigenous women harvest the chawarmishki (aguamiel) from the piña. Chawar works with a group of indigenous women who have created Ecuador’s first all women’s agave coop. They naturally ferment the juice and double distill it and this edition is barrel aged.
