Great smooth tequila if you dont need a fancy botle
I was in Mexico and was told about this really good tequila and as the local said, if you dont need a fancy bottle, then this is the tequila to purchase. I normally like Clase Azul...but this is right up there and much less expensive.

Excellence in tequila making
We bought this tequila after reading about the codigo 1530 brand. The description of this made us expect an amazing tequila and it didn’t disappoint. This reposado is worth every penny paid. The oak doesn’t overpower and the finish is smooth. This is a tequila that is great on it own or in a top shelf margarita.

Best in its class
I've tried many tequila brands over the years. The Codigo Reposado is smoother with more flavor than most other brands Anejo. Only the Codigo Anejo can top this Reposado.

Smoothest Tequila.... EVER
I've never been a tequila fan, unless it was in a margarita- covered with lime and salt. Until I was introduced to 1530 Reposado. This is definitely a sipping tequila that you will absolutely fall in love with! Can't get enough!

nice look, good tequila
Codigo is what I would think someone would want in a standard Reposado. It has a slight citrus on nose, but clean and pure... Great taste, with the bite of a well made reposado tequila on the finish. very glad I have added this to my tequila bar
