Crema de Mezcal has a nose of roast maguey, with vanilla and pear, a creamy almond, apple, coffee, pineapple pallate and a long sweet smoky orange finish.

Tastes good but too sweet for me
Obviously, as the name Crema suggests, this Mezcal is sweetened. For cocktails a pre-sweetened isn't necessarily a bad thing. In fact if I find the perfect cocktail for this I might change my opinion of it. However, on its own I would avoid this one unless you like sipping liqueurs. While not as sweet as a Creme de Cacao its still too much for me. Strictly flavor-wise it is actually quite nice though.
