Description
Dixeebe Espadin is produced by Valentin Cortes in Santiago Matatlan,
Oaxaca. The maguey Espadin (agave Angustifolia) used in this mezcal are cooked in an underground pit oven,
milled by tahona, and double distilled in a copper still.
