Absolutely love it, and have been sharing it with many friends who can't believe that tequila can be this smooth.

My favorite tequila
I've tasted probably over 100 tequilas. This Don Cayo Extra Anejo tequila is the best I've ever had. Nothing compares to the excellent flavor and smooth finish. I always had to go to Mexico to buy it. I'm very happy that Old Town and Don Cayo are now doing business together. I don't have to fly to Mexico just to get my favorite tequila anymore!!

Don Cayo Extra Anejo
I first tried this at a tequila tasting in Play Del Carmen and it was our first choice. It is a very good sipping tequila and has a great balance in flavors, vanilla, pepper, brown sugar, butterscotch with a long finish and no burn. The U.S. version in 40% alcohol vs. 38% in what you would buy in Mexico. I still have a bottle of the Mexican version and tasted them side by side, the U.S. version is slightly darker and is just a bit more powerful in taste almost not noticeable. I paid $89 for this in Mexico 2 years ago. Highly recommended if your looking for a smooth flavorful sipping tequila.
