Great tequila! Smooth, with depth, not too sweet, slight cask taste like a good bourbon, can drink all night and wake up the next day feeling good. Would highly recommend.

Very good sipping this 9 year old aged tequila. Exceptional quality.

I saw the reviews and wanted to try it. For me, it does not have the smoky notes and complexities required to be a sipping tequila. It says aged 9 years, but I have no idea what it was aged in. I could not taste any aging. There are other tequilas I like better in this price range.

Don Valente Perfeccion 9 year is the best tequila I've ever had. Flavorful, woody, with strong vanilla notes, not too sweet and incredibly smooth and drinkable. In addition to the bottle I purchased for myself, I got one for some coworkers and the consensus was unanimous; Even the non-tequila drinkers remarked that it was among the best liquors they've ever had. Don Valente Perfeccion will be my new standard tequila whenever I can get it.

Has all the elements that you want in an extra anejo. Not too suite but still has alot of taste

My favorites are smooth Extra Anejos where the alcohol is not prominent. This often happens with aging but not with Don Valente. Very good flavor beneath the alcohol but more of a challenge to sip than Adictivo.
