Madrecuixe is the epitome of the Silvestre agave mezcals. Madrecuixe or Agave Karwinski is a silvestre (wild) agave found in the southern Sierra of Oaxaca, which makes it difficult to be obtained and therefore produced in limited quantities. With a smooth and mellow taste, Fidencio Madrecuixe is best to be enjoyed straight up.
