Good taste

Just received 2 bottles. These are much smokier in flavor and really not as smooth as past bottles. Something has definitely changed.

the best ultra anejo around

On a sweet scale 1-10 I’ll put it at an 8. Pretty smooth, great flavor. One of the best for the price if you like it a little on the sweeter side.

It is really good, but is not as good as my Dos Artes extra anejo special reserve that has been backordered. Hope it comes in again soon.

Bottle says ultra aged so I suppose it’s “extra-anejo”. Its extra dark and Smokey color belies it’s flavor as well. Tastes just like Patron Añejo but smoother. IMO not smooth enough. Not quite what I’d hoped for but OK for the price.

Not only is the bottle super cool, but this tequila is extremely smooth. It is a bit on the sweet side, but it still has that great tequila taste and is like dessert in a bottle. A great sipper!

Have bought this before and enjoyed it. Last delivery however arrive leaking and not surprisingly the alcohol evaporated. An opportunity to discover that the store does not back this type of problem. With that in mind and the fact that it is now on sale (maybe more defective bottles), I would stay away.
