Cognac Fine Champagne 

A great cognac is above all a great white wine. The identity of this wine is imprinted beneath our feet, at the heart of Grande and Petite Champagne, where the roots of the vines we treasure are anchored. Our cognacs are distilled on the lees, exalting their original aromatic richness and then aged in gently toasted French oak casks to reveal both finesse and fruit liveliness. 

Rare is a VSOP blend of around twenty different different eaux-de-vie from Ugni Blanc grapes grown on the chalky, limestone soils of the Grande and Petite Champagne. The delicate aromas of warm nectarines, ripe apricots and succulent melon remind of an orchard bathed in the long rays of a late September sun.
