Izo Mezcal Joven Cenizo 84 Proof 750ml

IZO Mezcal Joven is handcrafted in Durango, Mexico from wild Cenizo agave. Inspired by ancestral methods, the agave hearts are slow roasted in fire pits using locally sourced oak and volcanic rock. The wild nature of the agave and the terroir of this region give this mezcal a truly unique flavor profile. With a soft, floral scent of banana on the nose, this mezcal delights the palate with a lightly smoked flavor of roasted sweet agave and a rich blend of cooked fruit.

    Smooth and smoky, this mezcal is delicious. The onyx caps alone are gorgeous—by far the most beautiful bottle in my cabinet. Recommend it to anyone who loves mezcal!
