Jameson 18 Year Old Limited Reserve Irish whiskey  is the Master Blender’s supreme example of the Jameson tradition of maturing Irish whiskey in Spanish oloroso sherry casks.

Jameson's Master Blender hand-picked three Irish whiskeys which have been matured in seasoned olorosso sherry casks for a minimum of 18 years. Then Jameson 18 Year Old Whiskey is transferred to American bourbon barrels for a further six months, to put the final finishing touches to this complex, unique and lovely Irish whiskey.

Nose:This Fine aged Irish whiskey has muted notes of sherry and aromatic oils with a gentile touch of oak and spice, all balanced with a toffee sweetness.

Taste:Wonderfully mellow and smooth taste in this Irish whiskey. There are complex flavors of fudge and a toffee spice, plus  hints of wood & leather.  The gentle sherry nuttiness and vanilla leave the drinker satisfied.

Finish:There is a long and lingering finish to this whiskey, carrying notes of wood, spice & toffee all the way to the very end.
