Released in October 2019, Batch 9 of Kentucky Owl Kentucky Straight Bourbon is made from a blend of bourbons using four different mash bills. 

The aromas lean toward warm library tones — leather, warm wood, pipe tobacco, and cloves with a dash of fruit in the distance.

On the thick, viscous palate the flavors shift dramatically to shortbread biscuits, white cornbread, dried cherries, charred oak, and a ginger-like spice.

The finish lingers for a long time with a cherry cordial note on the back palate.
