Kiyomi means Immaculate Beauty in Japanese. This rum was carefully crafted in Okinawa by distilling sugar cane molasses in a pot still. It results in a very aromatic and clean beverage easily drinkable neat as well as in classic cocktails such as Mojito or Daïquiri.
Color: Clear.
Nose: Very exotic characters with aromas of pineapple and a hint of smokiness.
Palate: Round and powerful with a touch of sweetness and white pepper notes on the finish.
