Winemaking: Identity crisis? We think not! It could be said our Lorelei Cabernet Sauvignon is living vicariously through the reputation of those made in Medoc and the rest of the left bank of the Gironde estuary in Bordeaux, France. We are not here to pillage that village, we pillage differently. The rich, deep, fertile soils found in Lodi, California are prime for growing Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. All of these varieties are carefully blended in Lorelei. “Voulez-vous coucher avec moi ce soir?”

Aroma and Flavor Profile:  Aromas of dark fruits, violets and hint of toasted almonds greet the nose with class and dignity. Black Plum, black berries and cassis with notes of salted caramel highlight a myriad of flavors. Plush tannins dance harmoniously with acidity. This wine is integrated and focused. 

Composition: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon / 10% Merlot / 5% Petite Verdot / 3% Cabernet Franc / 2% Malbec
