Mexa Tahona Blanco Tequila is a premium expression crafted with care and expertise by Mexa Tequila, a distinguished distillery located in the heart of Jalisco, Mexico. Mexa Tequila is known for its dedication to quality and traditional production methods, including the use of a tahona, a large volcanic stone wheel used to crush cooked agave, in the production process.

This Blanco Tequila is the result of careful selection of the finest blue agave plants, which are harvested at peak maturity and cooked in traditional brick ovens before being crushed by the tahona wheel. The resulting juice is then fermented using natural yeast and distilled in copper pot stills to preserve the natural flavors and aromas of the agave.
