Our most awarded white, recognized with more than 45 gold, silver and bronze medals in international competitions. It is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc wine, recently recognized with the Gold Medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles in Mexico, it is a clean, bright wine with a lemon-green hue. Its quality and persistence of citrus aromas go well with the sea as well as shellfish, ceviche, trout, sashimi and mojarra. Also with lime soup, gazpacho or salmorejo. Salads and fresh cheeses.

VISUAL: It is a clean wine with a lemon green hue.

NOSE: On the nose it is frank, of high intensity and very expressive notes, mainly fresh citrus such as grapefruit, fruits such as guava, lychee, soursop, passion fruit and pineapple. Also, orange blossom and lemon tea. The quality and persistence of the aromas is excellent.

MOUTH: It has a soft mouthfeel. It is a dry, fresh, light wine with lively acidity. Aligned to the varietal, well balanced. In the aftertaste, the aromas confirm the notes of citrus, grapefruit and a soft herbal mid palate. It has a firm body and optimal persistence.
