Le VRAI Noyau de Poissy is the Grande Liqueur de France, and the Dean of secular liqueurs.

From Poissy, an historic city located in the Seine valley in the Paris area, who has seen the birth of St. Louis in 1214, king of France from 1226 to 1270, Noyau De Poissy was already appreciated during the city cattle markets, at the end of the 17th century, thanks to the proximity of orchards in the valley. The Noyau De Poissy Distillery is today the last historical distillery of the Ile de France area.

Noyau de Poissy made using apricot kernels that are macerated or distilled in a superior quality spirit, and has an aroma of lightly toasted almonds. Flavor is fruity and nutty, with a touch of herbs.
