This unaged, clean and pure Blanco is a fine example of what Regional Tequila is all about. The soft notes of fresh mint and lime give way to subtle herbal flavors with a long, smooth finish. Made only from hand-selected, perfectly mature 100% Weber Blue Agave, this tequila is just right for a true authentic Margarita or Canterita.
The Regional Margarita
2.5 oz. Regional Blanco Tequila
1 oz. Azuñia Organic Agave Nectar
1 oz. Water
2 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Sea Salt (optional)
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds and pour into a sea salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
