This Bacanora is good
I have tried 3 or 4 different Bacanora varieties and this is my favorite! ¡Viva Mexico! This will cure what ails you and ail what cures you! So good. Drinkable. Mild smoke and good flavor - you can’t deny this. Santo Scuviso es El Chingon

Santo Cuviso Bacanora Blanco
Santo Cuviso Bacanora is a high quality authentic Mexican spirit that I am glad to have encountered. Bacanora gets its name from the city in Sonora the same way Tequila gets its name from a town in Jalisco. But Bacanora was outlawed in 1915 and has only been legalized since 1992. It is finally making its way onto cantina shelves. And in the case of Santo Cuviso,.... it should be the TOP shelf. Very smokey on the nose with a grassy fragrance that reminds you of sotol. The taste starts off as smokey as a well made mescal. But that gives way to an intriguing earthy, mineral, mint taste that stays with you a long time after you've sipped. High quality all the way, Santo Cuviso clocks in at 90 proof, though it goes down as smooth as any an~ejo tequila of similar price. Having appreciated tequila for a long time, I advise my friends to give the othe agave spirits a try. And if you want to try Bacanora,.... you can not go wrong starting off with Santo Cuviso. Salud!
