Cellar/Tasting Sombra Mezcal - Fire, Rock and Earth - That's all it takes. Espadin Agave are hand harvested on the steep slopes of the Oaxacan Sierra. The hearts are slowly roasted in a rock pit over a mesquite fire and then ground, brewed, and expertly distilled. The result is a smooth, organic mezcal with a distinct sweet and smoky taste.
