Aging: 28 Days in American Oak barrels. Placed into barrels on a full moon and removed from barrels at next full moon allowing the Tequila to pass through a full Lunar cycle.

Tasting Notes: Sweet notes of vanilla pods, drier stone fruits, and the wafting scents of the cooking agave, additional notes include: white flowers, green apples and toasted bread.  Smoothness, without compromising on complexity.
