This exquisite release, the second in The Irishman Founder's Reserve Cask Series, was aged and matured in American oak bourbon barrels and finished for an additional six months in Stunning Saint Lucia rum casks from Chairman's Reserve.
The combination of bourbon oak and sweet rum delivers a sumptuous whiskey, full of depth and balancing sweetness. An avalanche of tropical fruits and vibrant spices interlace with exotic notes of fig and banana for a truly luxurious finish.
