FOUNDER SELECTION

85 MONTHS

The emblem of the house is born from the tradition that our tequila masters have to select year after year from among hundreds of barrels of Tierra Noble only those that have developed the most subtle and elegant notes to celebrate the end of each season.
Over time the exquisite mixture of these extra-aged up to 85 months of maturation would become what the Founder's Selection is today.

VIEW

Intense dark amber color, clean and bright with reddish flashes, great adhesion in the cup forming tears and legs of great body.

NOSE

Very nice and soft on the nose with fruity and sweet aromas; notes of cooked agave honeys, vanilla, prune, chocolate, toasted almonds, apricots and tobacco in perfect balance with woody notes.

PALATE

Smooth on the palate, balanced and complex, with bitter chocolate flavors, nuts and red fruits, a light tobacco and spices; of great persistence on the palate.

NOTES

Surprisingly elegant, harmonious and balanced, additionally definitely the best expression of the Tierra Noble house.

    This tequila is my go-to. I have been drinking this for years and always come back to it. Forget the name brands that the masses drink. This has a rich oak finish and is splendid after it opens up. Sip in a real glass and respect this queen.

    Best tequila for the price. Smooth aged oak finish. Very similar to a great bourbon.

    This tequila has become one of our favorites. It is very smooth and perfect for a slow sip or pairing with a good cigar. There are several other anejos in our tequila collection that we enjoy sharing with friends and now Tierra Noble Exquisito Extra Anejo will be among them.
