Mellowed after the first taste
I recently read that this Anejo is barrel-aged in Four Roses whiskey casks, which explains the initial wow!! when tasting it. It mellowed on ice as good bourbons do and it is truly fantastic. This is the real deal, not over vanilla or spiced like many of the other tinkered-with offerings
